The Ladder Boy understands that ordering online is not an easy task. We are happy to issue a full refund of your within 7 days of delivery.

Once an order has been placed, we regret to inform you that we do not allow any cancellation as we work very quickly in processing all our orders. This is to ensure minimal disruption to our order fulfillment team. Should an exception be made, all order cancellations will be subjected to a cancellation fee.

EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS:

 

Unless received damaged, or broken. Proof will be required in the form of a photo image or video sent to our customer support at customladders@gmail.com and verified.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item for a refund. Some restrictions apply.

If we shipped the wrong item to you: you have 2 choices. 1) Return the item for a refund. 2) Exchange it for the correct item. 

If an item is missing from your order. Contact our customer service team and notify us of the missing item. Once the item is confirmed missing, we will immediately issue a refund or process the delivery of its replacement.

If your item is lost during shipping. Contact our customer service team and inform us of the missing item. Once the item is confirmed lost, we will immediately issue a refund for that item or process the delivery of its replacement.

If we shipped you a defective or damaged item. You are eligible for a refund or exchange. When requesting a refund or exchange due to damage, please provide photographs clearly showing the problem with the team and your order number to our customer service team.

If you believe the item was damaged during shipping, our customer service team will need to view photographs showing the damaged item to process your refund or exchange.

Our 7-Day Money Back Guarantee is available in the following circumstances only:

1). If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please get in touch with us via email for return/exchange instructions within 7 days from the time the parcel is delivered to you. Returns must be authorized for a return by a member of our Customer Service Team.

2). Returned items must be in original condition & packaging along with proof of purchase such as an Invoice ID, Order ID, Transaction ID. Returned product must be in its original condition (unopened, unused, in original packaging) to be eligible for an exchange/refund.

3). Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please ensure returned item is shipped via a trackable shipping method. All exchanges & refunds will only be processed when we have received the actual product back in our warehouse.  If a returned parcel is lost in transit, The Ladder Boy should not be held accountable.

4.) Full refunds will not include your original shipping cost

We are unable to accept Returns & Exchanges. On Specialty Color Ladders..
